All our press on nails are handmade beauty products.

Eligibility for Returns:
Due to hygiene reasons, opened, used or applied press on nail sets CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
We only accept returns for unused, unopened items with original packaging within 14 days after delivery.

Damaged / Wrong Items:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours after package delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the package and products. We will offer replacement or partial refund.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for funds to show up in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
